About

Katie Valley is a Holistic Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Coach and Adjunct Professor whose goal is to dispel the myths of diet culture and reinforce a holistic, health-focused approach to wellness. After her own experience with disordered eating and poor body image, Katie found true healing by practicing Intuitive Eating and Body Acceptance.

She will help you work through roadblocks and learn tools such as mindful eating, deconstructing eating behavior and emotional eating, exploring food fears, and cultivating self compassion in order to practice body respect and engage in healthy body image. She also encourages gentle nutrition and health behaviors, but it's not about perfection-instead, her clients will learn to discern toxic diet and nutrition myths from reality, and learn to choose food that nourish and energize your body without resorting to deprivation or restriction.

If you would like to work with her when she returns from Maternity Leave in March2022, you can book, here.

About

Ardelle guides ambitious women through the process of breaking free from perfectionism and dieting so they can intuitively embrace healthy & abundant lives.

As an intuitive eating coach and Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, she will help you cultivate a healthy relationship with both food and your body without trying to control your weight. She focuses on all aspects of health–including food, movement, stress management, coping skills, sleep habits, and more.

She will help you learn how, what, and when to eat based on your body’s own internal cues of hunger, satisfaction, and fullness, rather than external cues like diets, food rules, or meal plans. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, she will explore your food beliefs, behaviours, and internal self-talk while delving deep into what food means to you. She’ll help you raise awareness of the emotions behind your food choices, challenge negative thought patterns, and start to create more positive patterns and behaviours.

She offers a compassionate, non-judgemental, body-positive, and weight-inclusive coaching environment, to help turn your food obsession into food freedom.
