As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, it was important for me to create a network of non-diet professionals that aligned with the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size.

Kim Hagle, Certified Personal Trainer

Kim Hagle (she/her)  is Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Body Image Coach and founder of Radiant Vitality Wellness.  Kim hosts The Joyful Movement Show podcast, where she inspires women to disconnect movement from weight loss and re-engage with movement as a form of self care. Through movement and mindset coaching, she helps women heal their relationship with food and exercise while disconnecting their worth from their weight, so they can feel healthy, happy and confident in the body they have.

Lisa Dahl, Body Image Coach

Lisa offers her signature program, “Body Peace & Food Freedom,” to support women on their journey to break free from dieting and diet culture. Through a series of interactive group and individual coaching sessions, participants will engage in reflective practices that create healthy, sustainable relationships with food and their bodies. Lisa’s hallmark emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion help women find a successful pathway to whole-body wellness.

 

Lisa has certifications in Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, health and wellness coaching, and personal training. She is a skilled group facilitator with credentials from The Body Positive and Gratefulness.org.

Vanessa Preston, Psychotherapist

Vanessa Preston is a Mental Health Social Worker, Psychotherapist and Qualified
Nutritionist originally from Kentucky but has lived and worked in Australia for over a
decade. She has done assessment and therapy work with people of all ages for 14 years and
has specific expertise in treating PTSD and complex trauma.
Vanessa is the host of the Body and Food Freedom Podcast and facilitates women’s groups
focused on self-compassion, shame resiliency, intuitive and mindful eating and body image
healing.

Ardelle Viau, Intuitive Eating Coach

As an Intuitive Eating and Body Image Coach certified in holistic nutrition, Ardelle will help you cultivate a healthy relationship with both food and your body without trying to control your weight. She focuses on all aspects of health–including food, movement, stress management, coping skills, sleep habits, and more.

 

She offers a compassionate, non-judgemental, body-positive, and weight-inclusive coaching environment, to help turn your food obsession into food freedom.

Katie Valley, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

Katie Valley is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and new mom. She founded Katie Valley Wellness in 2018 and currently offers 1:1 Intuitive Eating coaching, a self-guided online Intuitive Eating Course, and recently began providing business support to other non-diet health and wellness professionals.
