First, schedule a complimentary discovery call from the link below. This is the opportunity for me to get an idea of your struggles, concerns and ultimate goal for working with me, and we decide together if it will be a great fit.
Next, we schedule our 90 minute initial consultation and I send you assessment forms to fill out. These forms will provide me with details, including current symptoms, eating and lifestyle habits, and your current relationship with food.
From there, we work through a 12 week program designed to work through roadblocks and learn tools such as mindful eating, deconstructing eating behavior and emotional eating, exploring food fears, and cultivating self compassion in order to practice body respect and engage in healthy body image.
I will also be teaching about gentle nutrition and health behaviors, but it's not going to be about perfection-instead, you will learn to discern toxic diet and nutrition myths from reality, and learn to choose food that nourish and energize your body without resorting to deprivation or restriction.

During this session, we will do a full review of your intake paperwork and assessments to really get to know you and answer any questions you might have about our work together. In this session, we may explore current health concerns, your past and present relationship with food, body image concerns, diet history, exercise/movement, stress levels, sleep patterns, and so much more.
Together, we will come up with a plan to get started, discuss long term goals, and what you are hoping to get out of our work together.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
6 follow up sessions, plus 6 pre recorded lessons
Together we will spend time unpacking obstacles, talk about nutrition (without making it a diet), set feelings-based and symptom-based goals, unlearn diet rules, create structure if necessary, learn how to respond to your body’s hunger and satiety cues, and improve the relationship you have with food and your body. I will encourage you to celebrate your progress and incorporate healthy, sustainable habits.
