Join Katie Valley, BSc, RHNP, Registered Holistic Health Practitioner, in this exclusive workshop serving as a preview for the upcoming 8-Week Group Program - Holistic Nourishment: A Body Positive Group Program.
In this 1-hour workshop, learn what it means to Be Body Positive and the role of unresolved eating and body image issues when it comes to our health and self-care. We will also have the opportunity to learn the myths surrounding health and weight that is perpetuated by diet culture and what it really means to be healthy. There will be time for Q & A and we will close with a guided self-love meditation.
