The Body Image Project

Does it ever feel like thoughts about your body has taken over your life?

Do you believe your life is on hold until you have the body you desire?

Are you constantly comparing your body to others?

Do you believe that you would be full of confidence if you could just change your body?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone.

Approximately 91% of women are unhappy with their bodies and resort to dieting to achieve their ideal

body shape.

But here's the thing...
Body Image is an Inside Job

We weren't born hating our bodies. We just live in a culture that celebrates certain bodies and beauty standards, and criticizes and discriminates others.

The constant pursuit of "happiness" through changing our body is engrained in us from a young age- the message is loud and clear- "my body is wrong".

This body shame seeps into how we feel about our overall self. The irony is, it's hard to take care of something you hate...
