What Type of Eater are You?

The Body Image Project
Does it ever feel like thoughts about your body has taken over your life?
Do you believe your life is on hold until you have the body you desire?
Are you constantly comparing your body to others?
Do you believe that you would be full of confidence if you could just change your body?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone.
Approximately 91% of women are unhappy with their bodies and resort to dieting to achieve their ideal body shape.

But here's the thing...
Body Image is an Inside Job
We weren't born hating our bodies. We just live in a culture that celebrates certain bodies and beauty standards, and criticizes and discriminates others.
The constant pursuit of "happiness" through changing our body is engrained in us from a young age- the message is loud and clear- "my body is wrong".
This body shame seeps into how we feel about our overall self. The irony is, it's hard to take care of something you hate...⠀

It's Possible to...
-
Actually Feel Good about your Body.
-
Learn to Accept and Respect the body you have now.
-
Feel connected to your bodies needs.
-
Let go of body expectations.
-
Redefine your self-worth.
-
Quiet your critical voice.
-
Feel confident in your own unique body.
plus so much more!

Client Experiences
"I am a college student, so eating and body image were hard for me to grasp when I always felt so ashamed of my body. Katie has shown me, and I actually believe it, that I am beautiful and that being healthy has many different shapes and sizes."
So grateful to be a part of a mini community that has taught me to be myself again, and love the body that I'm in. No shame in who you are!
This program helped to create a space that was safe enough for me to feel that I could truly work on myself without any fear, shame, or embarrassment. I will continue to practice more self love and acceptance moving forward. This was an awesome experience and I am so grateful that I took this course.
